Cancellation Policy

SK Unlimited Service Policy All policies apply to SK Unlimited, SK’s Build-A-Friend, and SK Creation Station. Thank you for choosing SK Unlimited. We are committed to providing fun, memorable, and professional services for families, schools, daycares, businesses, and community events. Please review our service policies before booking. Weather Policy For outdoor events, weather can affect setup and service. If bad weather is expected, the client is responsible for providing an alternate indoor location or covered area when possible. SK Unlimited reserves the right to cancel or delay setup if weather conditions are unsafe, including heavy rain, high winds, storms, extreme heat, or other unsafe conditions. Retainers are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be discussed if weather prevents services from being safely provided. Setup and Breakdown Policy SK Unlimited will arrive at the agreed-upon time for setup. The event area must be clean, safe, and ready before our arrival. This includes removing trash, glass, sharp objects, animal waste, rocks, toys, or anything that may interfere with setup. Clients must make sure there is enough space for the booked service or activity. Breakdown will begin at the agreed-upon pickup/end time. Additional fees may apply if the event runs over the scheduled time. Safety and Supervision Policy Adult supervision is required at all times during any SK Unlimited service. SK Unlimited is not responsible for injuries caused by lack of supervision, misuse of equipment, failure to follow rules, or unsafe behavior. Children must follow all posted and verbal safety rules. For bounce houses, soft play, activities, crafts, and stations, parents/guardians or event hosts are responsible for supervising children during the event.​ Cleaning Policy All rental items and activity areas should be treated with care. Excessive mess, stains, food spills, paint damage, glitter, slime, marker stains, or misuse of supplies may result in additional cleaning or replacement fees. Service Changes Any changes to your booking must be requested in advance. Changes may include guest count, location, package, colors, theme, activity selection, add-ons, or time. Changes are not guaranteed and may result in additional fees.
